Because we viewers are like God. We know and see everything.

And they can see each other because you can generally see in the dark, and you would notice if there is a change in the surrondings.

BTW, nice comic you have going PAG07.

there are many funny sprite comics. it can be hard to find a REALLY good one though. Like this comic.
